Global Teleports
Our teleport is located in rural Herefordshire and has 80+ Satellite antennas up to 32 metres in diameter. The Teleport provides connectivity for C, Ka, Ku and X Bands.
The Teleport is located on a BT site and therefore has a very large capacity of connectivity to terrestrial networks. The equipment is backed up by UPS and two large back up generators that automatically start in the event of a mains power failure.
The site is secured by a perimeter fence and CCTV and is manned by security guards providing 24 / 7 controlled access.
We have agreements in place with Teleports in the US, UK, France, Germany and Singapore that enables Spectra to provide Global Satellite coverage
