Spectra Group (UK) Ltd has expanded its capabilities with the launch of a new, enhanced resourcing service. We can now provide clients with access to an even wider range of qualified telecommunications engineers, both ex-military and civilian, with an awareness of hostile environments and able to deploy anywhere in the world at a moment’s notice.
Key to the delivery of this new service is a resource database of highly skilled personnel with extensive, practical experience of working unsupervised in hazardous and remote areas for prolonged periods. This database was acquired as a result of the recent merger of Specialist Resource Service (SRS) Limited, one of the UK’s most respected providers of ex-military human resources in the telecommunications and IT sector, with Spectra Group. A new division, Spectra Resource Services, will be staffed by the current SRS management team, which provides continuity of service for clients and candidates alike.
Clients can access the resource database online to view and select the profiles of candidates with the required experience and background. They include Watchkeepers, Communications and IT Officers with security clearances at various levels allowing access to highly classified Defence documentation. Many of these individuals are also Hostile Environments Awareness Trained.
Spectra Resource Services will also provide consultancy support working with clients at every stage of an Invitation To Tender (ITT) process to determine the availability of resources and lead times as well as advising on vetting requirements and skill levels.
