Spectra Group are driven by delivering high availability reliable services. At the centre of our service delivery is the Network Operations Centre (NOC) with an extensive suite of tools to assist the experienced NOC staff monitor the services and provide a Helpdesk function to our customers.

We take Ownership

Our personnel take pride and ownership for the services we provide. They understand the critical nature of providing reliable communications in remote and hostile areas, the majority of staff having previously been in that situation. They operate in a proactive manner to resolve issues before they become problems.

Communications

We see communication as key to keep all stakeholders informed of situations as they progress. In addition to providing the fact of the situation we are able to provide advice on possible courses of action.
